Dr. Karen Boyd is the Director of Research and Senior Officer of Economics at SDRPIC. She conducts and publishes research with the goal of supporting human flourishing in a changing economy, including the impact of AI on the future of work. She earned a B.S. in Business with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University, an M.B.A. from UC San Diego, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park's School of Information.
