Providers and communities have found innovative approaches to meet the health needs of rural communities.

The " Innovation in Rural Health" panel will include rural-based providers and those supporting rural communities. The session will open with a data overview to shed light on rural areas' demographics and health disparities. This session will be a platform for organizations to share how they are Building Better Health through unique approaches to meet the health needs of their communities.
