Steven Tally, Ph.D. is the Director of Clinical Research at the Health Services Research Center at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Tally received his doctoral degree in Human Development at the University of California, Irvine, and his M.A. in Experimental Psychology from San Diego State University. He currently supervises a team of researchers who perform evaluation, analysis, and reporting work for San Diego County Behavioral Health Services. In addition, Dr. Tally oversees a number of clinical trials and is a Task Force member for the California Health Benefits Review Program (CHBRP).
