Rich Magale is a social innovator, education consultant, and the founder of Dreams & Ducats, an education nonprofit organization that helps students and educators reimagine learning through the power of community, creativity, and culture.

With a constant eye to equity, his work focuses on realizing transformative ideas in education and designing learning programs that keep young people centered at the apex of global change.

Rich has partnered with the San Diego County Office of Education, San Diego Unified School District, Santa Clara Unified School District, County of San Diego, City of San Diego, Helix Charter High School, and several other schools and community-based organizations to advise, explore, and implement new, more impactful ways to engage and build up young people.

A native San Diegan, Rich has established himself as a trusted thought leader and voice in education. He is happiest traveling and spending time with family and friends outdoors.

Rich earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and his M.B.A. from San Diego State University.
