Sarah Glass is a Deputy Director with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency in the Child and Family Well-Being Department. Ms. Glass oversees the Office of Child and Family Strengthening which leads countywide strategic efforts aimed at preventing child maltreatment and enhancing family well-being, focusing on strengthening protective factors and building cross-sector partnerships that prioritize early intervention. Ms. Glass holds a Master of Social Work degree from San Diego State University and brings a deep commitment to systems-level reform and evidence-based prevention strategies. She has served in the Child and Family Well-Being Department since 2007 in a variety of positions. In her current role she oversees the San Diego County Childcare Blueprint and the San Diego County Comprehensive Prevention Plan to support the implementation of “no wrong door” prevention supports to families.
