Mr. Ernesto Vizcarra is a Protective Services Supervisor with the Fostering Academic Success in Education (FASE) program. Mr. Vizcarra began his career with Child Welfare Services (CWS) in 2016 as a social worker in the Medically Fragile Unit. Prior to his career with CWS, Mr. Vizcarra worked as a Special Education teacher with children in grades 4 – 6. Mr. Vizcarra is passionate about youth achieving their full potential through supportive educational services. Mr. Vizcarra was the first FASE social worker and his efforts supported the implementation and expansion of the FASE program
