Dr. Anne Staffieri is the Superintendent of the Escondido Union High School District, a position she has held since 2019. With over 30 years of experience in public education, she has also served previously as the Superintendent of Ramona Unified School District. Anne served as a site Principal at both the Elementary and High School levels, and a district office human resources administrator in multiple districts throughout San Diego County. Anne earned an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University, Master of Arts from Cal State University San Marcos, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. Dr. Staffieri is highly involved with a number of professional organizations including Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) and California School Board Association (CSBA). Frequently, she serves as a guest speaker, trainer and panelist on the local, state and national levels, often using her bilingual skills.
