As Neighborhood Healthcare’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Alex is responsible for growing and expanding new and existing services. He has over 13 years of experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers. Alex joined Neighborhood as Director of Operations and transitioned to a Revenue Cycle Director position before advancing to his current role as CGO. Alex’s ability to quickly build strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization has been integral to his successes in the complex, ever-changing healthcare industry. With a strong background in leadership and management, Alex expertly utilizes training focused on collaborative values that result in teams that are as efficient as they are productive. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from San Diego State University. He is a cohort 9 Clinic Leadership Institute alumni, a project of Blue Shield of California Foundation through Healthforce Center at UCSF. Recently he completed the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program. He chose to enter the community health field to create awareness and link the community to needed resources and services.
