He is the founder and lead consultant at The Strengths Consulting Group – an organization with the primary goal of helping companies achieve measurable c-suite results by driving engagement. Through the SCG, Marc works with companies and individuals in the areas of executive conflict, measuring and driving engagement, increasing employee and team performance, employee development and wellness/self-care.
