Christiana has developed and facilitated professional development programs on a variety of topics, including communication skills, coaching, cultural competency, emotional intelligence and team-building. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more that fifteen years directing programs, holding interim executive directorships and project manager positions. In February 2021 she was promoted to Executive Director, after working for Nonprofit Solutions for 5 years as the Director of Learning. She has been trained in Group Facilitation Methods by Institute of Cultural Affairs and on Micro-aggression through Valued Voices program of Hosteling International. Christiana holds a Master of Arts in Psychology.
