This presentation will be focused on using breathing and drumming as tools for wellness. We will start by sharing what music therapy is, how we can use it for wellness, and its the benefits!
We want to give you the tools to help ground yourself, and will start off with a deep breathing exercise. Tips for more mindfulness exercises to follow!
Finally, we will get into our active-music making, drumming! We will share all kinds of exercises including how to connect with our own bodies, those around us, and our environment. All of our exercises will be something that our participants can take with them to use in their life and to help connect with those in their environment.
