Through strategic partnerships in the San Diego community, Promises2Kids supports foster youth through continued funding for the Polinsky Center to support mental health, pet therapy and nutritional education; Camp Connect, where siblings who are placed apart from one another while can spend quality time together at a four-day summer camp and monthly events throughout the year; Foster Funds, which provides youth with resources to pursue extracurricular activities or academic supports; and, Guardian Scholars, designed to help youth finish high school, determine a post-secondary path, and achieve their education and career goals.
In this session, we'll highlight collaborative partnerships for serving children of all ages with the San Diego County Office of Education, Rady's Children's Hospital and San Diego Community College District.
