Description

Although 1:8 Americans are neurodivergent, only 10% of employers say they actually consider neurodiversity in their people management practices. No matter what industry you are in or what role you play, we live and work in a neurodiverse world. Improve your understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to promote a more understanding, accepting, and supportive community and workplace. Explore what the most common neurodevelopmental disorders are and take away inclusive best practices to support all employees and people, whether or not they disclose their neurobiological differences.

Learning Objectives

  1. Participants will be able to define diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
  2. Participants will be able to identify at least two common neurobiological disorders
  3. Participants will be able to identify at least two best practices they can implement to be more inclusive and accommodating
